I had a quick overnight stay in a charming hotel in West London. The rooms were comfortable and offered free water, as well as a Nespresso machine for a quick coffee fix. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and the Hammersmith Apollo for a night out. I also appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast provided. Despite a bit of noise from the busy road, I had a comfortable night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The check-in process was quick and the staff were excellent, making me feel welcome right away. The room itself was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Despite the hot weather in London, the room stayed surprisingly cool. The shower had good water pressure and there were plenty of towels and toiletries provided. I also appreciated the bottled water in the room. The location was great, within walking distance of many restaurants and just a short distance from the Westfield shopping centre and Olympia stadium. The hotel offered a range of amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant and bar/lounge area serving delicious meals and special diet menus.

I would highly recommend this hotel to families.

During our stay, we were very pleased with the location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to the tube station, making it easy for us to navigate the city. it was a short distance from the Olympia center and the popular Westfield shopping center, providing us with plenty of entertainment options. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, always accommodating and friendly. Lastly, the continental breakfast offered a wide selection and great quality, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

We did notice some areas in need of improvement, such as the cleanliness of certain areas like the light bulbs and behind the TV. the Wi-Fi connection in our room was quite weak, which made it difficult to stay connected.

The room was wonderful, clean, spacious, and had lots of soap. The linen and towels were great, and there were tons of tea options and even an espresso machine. The rustic refurb look was lovely, and the bed was amazingly comfy. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the hotel was in a great location, just a short walk from the station and close to activities in this city.
